One JSON archive with your tenant config, staff, menu, orders, payments, audit summary.
Admin → Privacy. Owners only.
What’s in the archive
- Tenant config (name, legal entity, ABN, region).
- Locations and brands.
- Staff and role history.
- Menu snapshots.
- Orders with lines and modifiers.
- Payments with card last-4 and scheme (no full PANs — we never have
them).
- Audit log summary (total entry count + oldest/newest timestamp).
Window
Default is the last 30 days. Pick 90, 365, or full history. Larger windows take a few seconds to generate.
Format
JSON. One file. The structure is stable enough that you can diff archives across time.
